Starting Anew: Weekly Affirmation

I'm constantly guilty of not doing this. Life is busy - our to-do lists pile up, we have people to see, relationships to nurture, errands to run and a million other things to do. It's easy to try and find more time to complete those tasks by cutting out things for us, things our bodies and our minds need.

This week, I'm really listening to this mantra. While I'm finishing up week two of BootCamp, transitioning into a new job and freelancing, I'm getting over walking pneumonia. If that isn't a sign that my body needs rest, I don't know that it is.

One step at a time. Take care of yourself. Make time for you. Let yourself rest.
