After two weeks of BootCamp, I'm finally getting back on a normal schedule (getting more sleep, meal prepping etc.)
But even in the midst of the wonderful craziness that was BootCamp, I had time to make overnight oats. They're beyond easy to make, and you can double the recipe to make multiple portions at once. My favorite part is that you can change up the toppings and make them completely different each day.
Oh, and they're so easy. Did I say that?
